Flintknapping Workshop: Learn to Create Stone Tools!

Have you ever been interested the creation of stone tools? From projectile points to scrapers, learn about the different materials and basic techniques used to create chipped stone technologies!

This free workshop will be conducted by Kyle Forsythe, a lithic analyst and PhD candidate at McGill University, during Archaeology Open Lab Night.

This workshop is limited to the participation of 12 individuals registered in the workshop on a first come, first serve basis due to limited supplies and instruction capacity. If you miss 12-individual slot, don’t fret, as you will still be able to spectate the workshop and ask questions! You will also be placed on a wait-list and bumped up if there are any cancellations or no-shows on the day.
