I am a PhD candidate in the Department of Anthropology. I have a BA from UBC, focusing on anthropological archaeology and classical archaeology and a MA from SFU focusing on ground stone disk beads from the Salish Sea region. My dissertation research focuses on the paleoethnobotanical remains from the Chuchuwayha Rock Shelter in southern British Columbia.

I have been working as a professional archaeologist in British Columbia since 2012. I served on the BC Association of Professional Archaeologists (BCAPA) executive from 2018-2022 as the First Director and as Vice President/President from 2023-2025. I am a permit holder in the Interior Plateau and have worked on a variety of cultural resource management projects across southern British Columbia.
