On May 1, 2024, a Museum of Anthropology-Laboratory of Archaeology Statement of Cooperation was signed by MOA Director Susan Rowley and LOA Director Camilla Speller at UBC Vancouver.
This strengthens the relationship between the Museum of Anthropology and the Laboratory of Archaeology and encourages cooperation in areas of research and training, especially in regards to Indigenous collections, archives, and safety. Both parties will continue to benefit from sharing the expertise and resources through this special relationship.
